لیمیت سوئیچ اشنایدر الکتریک
لیمیت سوئیچ فلزی قرقره ای با طول قابل تغییر از سری محصولات OsiSense XC اشنایدر الکتریک است. کیفیت ساخت بدنه، قابلیت تعویض سریع سری های لیمیت سوئیچ، دوره عمر طولانی، قابلیت جوابدهی در محیط های حتی با شدت آلودگی زیاد به علت داشتن درجه IP بالا (IP65) و چندین خصوصیت دیگر، این لیمیت سوئیچ را در رده بهترین و پرکاربردترین انواع خود قرار داده است.
جنس بدنه و سری آن فلزی و از آلیاژ زاماک است. نوع عملکرد قطعه، سری پلاستیک مقاوم در برابر حرارات، قرقره ای، با طول قابل تغییر و بازگشت فنری است. همچنین این لیمیت سوئیچ با شیوه برخورد یا تماس به صورت افقی در ۱ یا ۲ جهت و قابل برنامه ریزی، توانایی نصب شدن در محیط های صنعتی را دارد.
یک ورودی کابل از زیر همراه با اب بند (cable gland) برای کابل های ۹ تا ۱۲ میلی متر تعبیه شده است. دو کنتاکت ۱NO + 1NC آن، با عکس العمل فوری که بروز می دهند، در کنار داشتن سرعت ۱.۵ متر بر ثانیه در قسمت سری، کارایی بالای این لیمیت سوئیچ را نشان می دهد.
